Among them: Pristiphora dochmocera (Thomson, 1871) was discovered for the first time in the European part of Russia. The species Empria testaceipes (Konow, 1896), Euura fallax (Serville, 1823), E. flavescens (Stephens, 1835), E. imperfecta (Zaddach, 1876) and Pristiphora subopaca Lindqvist, 1955 were found to be new to the Central Region, while Athalia rufoscutellata Mocsary, 1879, Allantus cingulatus (Scopoli, 1763), Empria fletcheri (Cameron, 1878), E. pumila (Konow, 1896), Tenthredopsis scutellaris (Fabricius, 1804) and T. sordida (Klug, 1817) was previously absent from the lists of symphytes of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The trophic relationships and distribution features of the rare sawflies found are given.
