Аннотация

Изучен клеточный состав гемолимфы лёгочных моллюсков Lymnaea stagnalis. На основании результатов световой, сканирующей электронной микроскопии и проточной цитометрии в гемолимфе выделены две функционально активные популяции клеток (гиалиноциты и гранулоциты), которые отличаются по морфологии, сложности цитоплазматического компартмента, а также по способности образовывать псевдоподии. Использование специфических флуоресцентных красителей и тактики последовательного гейтирования по параметрам светорассеяния и флуоресценции позволило определить в циркуляции субпопуляционный состав гемоцитов, характеризующихся разным уровнем метаболической активности.
