Влияние питательной среды с экстрактом рейнутрии японской на жизнеспособность Drosophila Melanogaster Meigen, 1830

Изучено влияние различных концентраций экстракта Reynoutria japonica Houtt. (1–5%), введенных в рацион питания дрозофилы фруктовой (Drosophila melanogaster Meigen, 1830), на ее плодовитость, массу тела и продолжительность жизни. На питательных средах с R. japonica увеличилась популяция мух до 63,0–80,5 шт. в среднем, превышая контрольные показатели в 1,8–2,4 раза с максимумом при 4–5%-ном содержании экстракта. На средах с 3–5%-ным содержанием экстракта наблюдался набор массы тела мух, вес которых на 30–40-е сутки составил 0,89–1,25 мг, что в 1,7–3,3 раза больше контроля. Максимальные показатели продолжительности жизни получены при 3–5%-ной концентрации экстракта, колеблясь в пределах 40–43-х суток, что достоверно выше контроля на 14–23%. Учитывая полученные эффекты, D. melanogaster можно использовать в качестве удобной модельной системы для исследования влияния фитоэкстрактов на важнейшие биологические показатели и физические параметры насекомого в лабораторных экспериментах.
