Lectotype designation and characteristics of the little-known species Thinodromus (Amisammus) vulneratus (Bernhauer, 1926) from Northern India (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae: Oxytelinae)

This article redescribes and illustrates the little-known species Thinodromus (Amisammus) vulneratus (Bernhauer, 1926), which belongs to the taxonomically complex group of species widespread in the Palearctic, «Thinodromus kisenwetterii», and designates its lectotype. This species is reliably distinguished from all other species in the group by its distinct and rather large punctation of the head and pronotum.
