Закономерности распределения генетическое разнообразие у видов рода Takydromus

Впервые оценено распределение генетического разнообразия у видов рода Takydromus (Lacertidae) Daudin 1802 широко распространенной в Восточной и Юго-Восточной Азии группы рептилий. Показано, что лесные виды имеют меньший уровень изменчивости по сравнению с луговыми, что является их эволюционной особенностью. Как лесные, так и луговые виды, обитающие в северных широтах на материковой части ареала рода, в значительной степени утеряли свое генетического разнообразия в плейстоцене из-за сокращения ареалов в результате деградации подходящих местообитаний до отдельных небольших рефугиумов. Сокращения генетического разнообразия у лесных видов, обитающих на островах не обнаружено, в отличие от материковой части ареала рода Takydromus. Несмотря на существенный антропогенный фактор, острова Японского архипелага и остров Тайвань продолжают сохранять большую часть генетического разнообразия лесных видов.
