Abstract

Sympetrum risi imagoes were first collected in Amurskaya oblast in vic. of Blagoveshchensk and Raichikhinsk. Diagnostic characters of S. risi and its relative species S. infuscatum Selys, 1883 are discussed. Two color morphs are noted in females S. risi, with heteromorph females closely resembled S. infuscatum.
