As a result of original collection and processing of collection materials, 18 beetle species from seven families (Buprestidae, Byrrhidae, Kateretidae, Endomychidae, Melandryidae, Salpingidae, and Anthribidae) were identified for the first time in the Kemerovo Oblast. The families Kateretidae, Melandryidae, and Salpingidae are recorded for the fauna of Kemerovo Oblast for the first time.
It has been established that the species Dicerca aino Lewis, 1893 (Buprestidae) inhabits the Kemerovo Region, not the European Dicerca furcata (Thunberg, 1787).
