Abstract

Abstract. New data on the invasive oriental species of Jewel bug – Cantao ocellatus (Thunberg, 1784) in Russia are presented and analyzed. The distribution of this species in East Asia and possible prospects for naturalization in the south of the Russian Far East are considered.
