We document three new species records for Astrakhan Oblast: the westward-expanding Catocala helena Eversmann, 1856 (Erebidae), C. fraxini (Linnaeus, 1758) (Erebidae), and Globia algae (Esper, 1789) (Noctuidae). Cucullia infuscata Tshetverikov, 1925 (Noctuidae) is reported for the first time in the Southern Urals, while Conistra erythrocephala (Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775) (Noctuidae) represents the northeasternmost record for this region.
