Аннотация

Изучение врожденного иммунитета моллюсков необходимо для понимания эволюции иммунной системы и разработки стратегии борьбы с их паразитами. В данной работе впервые получен и проанализирован транскриптом гемоцитов моллюсков Planorbarius corneus, зараженных в естественных условиях трематодой Bilharziella polonica (Schistosomatidae). В сборках обнаружены транскрипты, кодирующие все основные группы факторов врождённого иммунитета. Наиболее многочисленной группой оказались молекулы распознавания патогенов. На основе нуклеотидных последовательностей транскриптов предсказана доменная структура кодируемых ими белков. Проанализирована структура доменов лектинов, толл-подобных рецепторов, молекул адгезии и токсинов. Показано большое разнообразие патоген-распознающих молекул гемоцитов P. corneus. Полученные данные расширяют знания об иммунных реакциях легочных моллюсков на трематодную инвазию и дают возможность рассматривать роговую катушку как новый модельный организм для изучения их защитных реакций.
