Продуктивность тутового шелкопряда породы Кавказ-2 на искусственной питательной среде ИПС №1 с применением синтетических аминокислот

Аннотация

В статье представлены данные по результатам выкормки породы тутового шелкопряда Кавказ-2 на запатентованной нами искусственной питательной среде (ИПС №1) с добавлением синтетических аминокислот с целью повышения биологических показателей, шелковой продуктивности и улучшения репродуктивных свойств тутового шелкопряда. В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что введение в состав ИПС №1 выверенных дозировок аминокислот: 0,5 % L-глицина, 0,7 % L-аланина, 0,8 % L-серина, 1,1 % L-тирозина, 0,3 % L-метионина — способствует сокращению продолжительности процесса выкормки за счет сокращения периода 5-го возраста гусениц на двое суток, повышению жизнеспособности гусениц в 5-м возрасте на 99,6 %, увеличению массы кокона на 4,2 %, средней массы оболочки кокона на 9,2 %, шелконосности кокона на 5,0 %, увеличению количества яиц в кладке на 5,5 %, средней массы одного яйца на 1,4 % и массы одной кладки на 5,4 % по сравнению с выкормкой на свежем листе шелковицы.
